From 2007 to 2009, I successfully navigated a dramatically shifting market, ranking among the Top 3% of all Prudential agents nationwide in closed transactions. Before that, I was part of a team that consistently ranked in the Top 1% of Prudential's nationwide sales. In 2009, I transitioned to a sales management role, where I leveraged my experience to turn around a struggling branch and return it to profitability. Afterward, I returned to the Irvine branch in 2013, continuing my success as a top-producing agent until 2017. Since joining Coldwell Banker, I have been recognized as an award winning top producer every year from 2018 to 2024, including earning the prestigious Corporate Relocation Top Conversion Award-an honor given to just one agent per county across all Coldwell Banker offices.
